Renova needed a website that felt like the club itself, not a generic gym template. It had to turn mobile visitors into bookings and app downloads. This case study covers the website. The member app is a separate product.
Lead with brand storytelling, not a feature list. The site moves from aspiration to trust to services to booking. Motion supports the story without getting in the way. The website brings people in. The app handles membership and bookings.
Built the marketing site on Next.js with GSAP, Lenis smooth scroll, and a live events section synced to Renova's backend. Also built the member app in React Native. It is currently in TestFlight, waiting for iOS submission.
The site is live with 70+ members, three service lines (Pilates, Yoga, Padel), and live events from the backend. The member app is in TestFlight and ready for App Store review.
